The three-day programme, held at the Cyberview Resort and Spa in Selangor from 24-27 February, highlighted to the students on the challenges of the 21st Century for young graduates and how to face the situation if it happens to them.

The programme modules aimed to develop the student’s own strength and potential to communicate effectively; demonstrate their oral skills in public speaking; build their confidence to express their views and ideas; recognise their own communication strengths through profiling and use various avenues of communication.

In addition, the students underwent a career aptitude assessment and had a better understanding of career planning and decision making.
